I bought the Luoware LWS01 smart bidet toilet in January 2025 and had it installed in March 2025 during a bathroom remodel — and honestly, I wish I had done it sooner.
This is my first full smart bidet toilet. Back during the pandemic, we got one of those manual bidet seats — it worked, and it saved us during the great toilet paper panic. But drying off manually after every wash? That only takes you halfway to cleanliness and comfort. This toilet? It's the real deal. You know you’re clean when you’re done.
From the moment you sit down on the heated seat to the gentle warm water wash and cozy air dry, it’s all comfort and convenience. There are multiple wash modes (rear, feminine, massage), adjustable temps and pressure, and even a self-cleaning nozzle. The flush is powerful, quiet, and efficient — thanks to the built-in tank and booster pump, it performs great even with low water pressure.
What I really love:

Sam and James were nothing short of AMAZING…. We had questions and when a couple of small issues popped up about how to use the remote control, for example, they walked us through it with ease. I simply can’t say enough about how good and quickly responsive the customer service was. The toilets are well-built, adaptive, easy to use, able to handle “big ones 😃”, quiet, warm, and easy on the eyes… they add a nice decor to a room, they are VERY EASY TO CLEAN, and the bowl does a great job of cleaning itself. The light at night is fantastic…. Water use stays low… the lid is easy to open and close without feeling like you are touching anything you don’t want to touch. And, again, as GREAT as the toilet and bidet are, the customer service was FANTASTIC and the look of the toilet VERY CLASSY! We wish we had more bathrooms!

Toilet, great. Customer service even better. For example, the remote stopped working, so I messaged Luoware via their website - I kid you not, I got a reply back within 5 minutes via text. They shipped out a replacement remote the next day with instructional video on how to pair the new remote. Very impressed.

Excellent choice. This can flush when light goes off. Very nice autoflush system. Heated seat and heated water. Nice bidet, with heater water and air dryer.
