Warranty Policy
Luoware guarantees its smart toilets to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this limited warranty. All warranty periods begin on the original date of purchase. If a part fails due to a defect during the applicable warranty period, Luoware will, at its discretion, provide a new or remanufactured part to replace the defective component at no cost for the part.
STANDARD WARRANTY
All Luoware products include a standard warranty with no registration required.
• Smart Toilets: One (1) year for parts
EXTENDED WARRANTY
Luoware offers an optional free extended warranty for additional coverage.
• Smart Toilets: An additional six (6) months for parts
Eligibility for the extended warranty:
1. The unit must be registered within 100 days of purchase.
2. The warranty must remain with the original owner.
3. The unit must be installed at the same residential address provided during registration.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover the following:
1. Labor Costs: Luoware is not responsible for expenses related to labor, removal, or installation.
2. Improper Use or Installation: Damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper installation, misuse, or the use of abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or organic solvents.
3. Chemical Damage: Surface damage resulting from chemical cleaners that dissolve or penetrate the surface finish.
4. Physical Damage: Damage caused by dropping sharp or heavy objects.
5. Abrasive Cleaners: The use of abrasive cleaners or improper maintenance will void the warranty.
6. Unauthorized Installation: Products must be installed by a fully insured and licensed contractor. Installation by an unlicensed contractor voids the warranty.
7. Industrial, commercial, or business usage.
LIMITATIONS AND CONDITIONS
If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period and inspection confirms a defect resulting from normal use, Luoware will, at its discretion:
• Repair the product
• Replace defective parts
• Provide another appropriate resolution
Products must be installed, used, and serviced according to the provided instructions. Luoware reserves the right to inspect products to determine the cause of any defect.
The limited warranty covers only the parts requiring replacement. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased and installed in the United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OTHERS
Installer’s Responsibility:
The installer or contractor must inspect the unit for defects or damage before installation. If any issues are found, the unit must not be installed. Luoware is not liable for damages or failures that could have been prevented through proper inspection.
Transit Damage:
Damage during transit is the carrier’s responsibility. Upon delivery, the user or installer must inspect the unit for damage. If damage is discovered, it must be reported immediately to the seller and carrier in writing, and an inspection must be requested. Any failure by the carrier to respond should be reported promptly, and freight claims should be filed without delay.
DISCLAIMER
This limited warranty excludes liability for consequential or incidental damages, which are expressly disclaimed. Luoware does not provide any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose, beyond the duration of this limited warranty.
Note: Some states or provinces may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages. As a result, these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your state or province.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
To file a warranty claim, please email support@luoware.com with the following:
• Proof of purchase (original sales receipt)
• Description and photos of the defect
• Model number or product description
Luoware will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate solution.
LUORISE (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) warrants this product against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance as follows: All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase. If a part fails due to a defect during the applicable warranty period, the Company will provide a new or remanufactured part, at the Company’s discretion, to replace the defective part at no charge for the part. This limited warranty is subject to the provisions, conditions, limitations, and exclusions outlined below.
STANDARD WARRANTY

• Three (3) years for parts
• Five (5) years for the compressor
EXTENDED WARRANTY
All our products offer an optional free extended warranty.
• The extended warranty for Mini Split units includes an additional six (6) months for parts.
To qualify for the free extended warranty:
1. The unit must be registered within 100 days of purchase.
2. The warranty must remain with the original owner.
3. The unit must be installed at the same residence address provided during registration.
WARRANTY PARTS REPLACEMENT
Some parts may need to be returned to LUORISE. The limited warranty covers only the parts requiring replacement. For further details, please contact LUORISE.
NOT INCLUDED IN WARRANTY
The following are not covered under the warranty:
1. Technician costs for examining, disassembling, reassembling, uninstalling, or reinstalling the unit.
2. Labor and additional parts required for diagnosing, repairing, removing, installing, shipping, or handling defective or replacement parts, as well as routine maintenance.
3. Costs associated with using the unit, including but not limited to electricity, fuel, or refrigerant replacement, refilling, or disposal.
4. Damage caused by improper installation, abnormal usage, unintended use, incorrect servicing, or any modifications or alterations to the unit.
5. Use of third-party parts not supplied or approved by LUORISE.
6. Failures caused by voltage-related issues, such as improper voltage installation, open circuit breakers, blown fuses, or electrical service outages.
7. Damage caused by environmental factors or natural disasters, including rain, flooding, fire, lightning, corrosive chemicals, or similar events.
8. Incidental or consequential damages, as governed by applicable state or provincial laws.
