If your smart toilet isn’t flushing smoothly, the cause might not be the toilet itself.
In some cases, the sealant or wax around the flange can block the bottom outlet of the toilet. When this happens, the water flow becomes restricted, making the flush seem weak or incomplete.
To fix this, simply remove the toilet and check the outlet area. Make sure there’s no sealant or wax blocking the passage. Then reinstall the toilet properly — you’ll notice the flush becomes smooth and powerful again.
This issue happens only due to improper installation, not because of a problem with the toilet.
